▀ Type NAME, then press <Right Arrow> to Cell B1.

SETTING THE COLUMN WIDTH OF EACH FIELD
The procedure requires that after each column-width change,
you go back to the Worksheet Main-Menu and repeat the process.
To start, use the slash (/) command to bring-up the Main Menu.
Then press <Esc> key to go to the Ready mode.
√√√ NOW YOU WILL SET THE COLUMN WIDTH FOR EACH FIELD
For "Name" Field.
▀ Move cursor to Cell A1.
▀ Press (/) for Worksheet (Control Panel)
▀ Now press W for Worksheet.
▀ Press C for Column.
▀ Press S for Set-Width.
▀ Type 18 (to increase from 9 to 18 for column width).
▀ Press <Enter> key.
√√√ FOR THE STREET FIELD
▀ Move cursor to cell B1.
▀ Press (/) W C S
▀ Type column width 18.
▀ Press <Enter> key.
√√√ FOR CITY FIELD
▀ Move cursor to cell C1.
▀ Press (/) W C S
▀ Type in column width 15.
▀ Press <Enter> key.

CENTERING THE FIELD NAMES
Now go back and use the caret (^) symbol in front of
each name to center the names like street, name, city, etc.
If the apostrophe (') is present on the control panel it
is erased and replaced with the caret (^) symbol.
√√√ HOW TO CENTER NAME IN CELL A1
▀ Move Cursor to cell A1.
▀ Press <F2> function key to Edit.
▀ If the apostrophe (') is present
delete with <Del> key.
▀ Now type ^NAME.
▀ Press <Enter> key.
▀ The NAME will center within Cell A1.
√√√ TO CENTER STREET
▀ Move cursor to cell B1.
▀ Press <F2> Function key to Edit.
▀ If apostrophe (') is present
delete with the <Del> key.
▀ Now type ^STREET.
▀ Press <Enter> key.
▀ STREET will be centered in Cell B1.

▀ Move cursor to Cell C1.
▀ Press <F2> function key to Edit.
▀ If apostrophe (') is present
delete with the <Del> key.
▀ Now type ^CITY.
▀ Press <Enter> key.
▀ CITY will be centered in Cell C1.

▀ Move cursor to Cell D1.
▀ Press <F2> Function key to Edit.
▀ If apostrophe is present
delete with the <Del>) key.
▀ Now type ^ST
▀ Press <Enter> key.
▀ ST will be centered in Cell D1.
√√√ TO CENTER ZIP CODE
▀ Move cursor to Cell E1.
▀ Press <F2> function key to Edit.
▀ If apostrophe is present
delete with the <Del> key.
▀ Now type ^ZIP.
▀ Press <Enter> key.
▀ ZIP will be centered in Cell E1.
√√√ TO CENTER PHONE NUMBER
▀ Move cursor to Cell F1.
▀ Press <F2> function key to Edit.
▀ If apostrophe is present
delete with the <Del> key.
▀ Now type ^PHONE.
▀ Press <Enter> key.
▀ Phone number will be centered in Cell F1.
